Our intentional practice of inviting individuals with disparate backgrounds, skills and perspectives to the table has empowered us to build a culture where our differences are celebrated as the reason for our success.
Diversity on our team
The growing ModKaf team is a testament to our mission of leveraging diversity to create an equitable, inclusive workplace. We come from all across the country, each of us with different stories and journeys that have led us to unite around ModKaf’s goal of bringing insights and authenticity to client communications. ModKaf is a women-led, WBENC-certified women-owned business. Our founder, Sophia Pearson, is a Black immigrant from Jamaica. We have staff representing the Latinx, LGBTQ+ and Transgender, Neurodiverse, Asian-Pacific American and Jewish-American communities.
