Simplifying the SAI360 Digital Customer Experience

A long-standing client for content strategy and PR services, SAI360 asked ModKaf to help with brand messaging and the redesign of its website with a partner design agency into a new, simplified digital experience for the B2B technology brand.

ModKaf had already conducted brand workshops with marketing and sales professionals across the business and its regions and used that work to facilitate the development and definition of key messages that would align with the company’s refocused mission and core values. In addition to workshops, ModKaf conducted user experience studies with executive leaders across the business to advise on a simpler information architecture and navigation for the site. Working in tandem with product marketing teams across the globe, ModKaf operationalized the content development process and crafted optimized copy for product, use case and industry related pages distilling highly complex regulatory requirements and software capabilities for a B2B technology audience.

To establish a culture of brand stewardship and governance post-launch of the new website, ModKaf developed a comprehensive Brand Book for the global SAI360 marketing team with guidelines on brand messaging, visual identity, tone of voice and how to communicate the brand’s values and mission effectively.
